Enhancement of Financial System

  • To be flexible on changing needs of customer and provided better service to customers and keep competitiveness Postal Financial system is planning of changes. Total IT system is composed of eight regional and one main central center with information, calculation, external information providing system enhancement. Program and DB will be kept with minimum changes for stability and enhancement will be concentrated on process, workflow, and application with workflows.

Enhancement of Automated Teller

  • To increase competency of Postal Financial service, CD/ATM is provided after normal working hours. The service will be available at Post Office, Transport Terminals, Department stores, Government Buildings and separate ATM centers for easier accessibility of customer and service. As of 2004 end, 622 ATM center service are available to customers.
