First, we provide financial services that meet ever-changing customers? need in terms of both quantity and quality bases. Moreover, we will keep providing financial services to neglected citizens in fishing and agricultural villages in order to minimize the difference among local country's financial services.
Second, we will develop Post Office into a household integrated distributions network and financial services hub through integrating financial and postal services.
Third, by enlarging number of users of electronic banking and bringing our services to next level with extending of automated teller machines, diversification of services, and e-banking, our sector plans to provide convenient and comfortable service environment to our valuable customers.
Currently, our services are not as diversified as services of other financial institutions, and our tax preferential savings and interest rates are not competitive in the market, because there ha s not been enough freedom in designing our product development; however this situation is rapidly improving by reformation of our standards. We plans to continue different innovations within the organization and provide electronic financial services by expanding IT based capabilities and continuously developing a variety of financial commodities.
